Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) ने Assistant Prosecution Officer APO Examination 2025 के लिए Pre Result और Mains Admit Card 2026 जारी कर दिया है। जिन candidates ने UPPSC APO Preliminary Examination 2025 qualify किया है, वे अब Mains Examination में शामिल होने के लिए अपना admit card official website से download कर सकते हैं। यह भर्ती Uttar Pradesh prosecution department में Assistant Prosecution Officer के पदों के लिए आयोजित की जा रही है।

UPPSC APO 2025 का advertisement number A-8/E-1/2025 है। इस recruitment में कुल 182 posts हैं। Online application process 16 September 2025 से शुरू होकर 16 October 2025 तक चला था। Preliminary Exam 22 March 2026 को आयोजित हुआ और Pre Result 30 April 2026 को जारी किया गया। अब Mains Exam 28 June 2026 से 30 June 2026 तक आयोजित किया जाएगा और Mains Admit Card 19 June 2026 से available है।

Application fee Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking या E-Challan के माध्यम से जमा की जा सकती थी। Candidates को fee payment receipt और final submitted form का printout सुरक्षित रखना चाहिए, क्योंकि document verification या आगे की process में इसकी जरूरत पड़ सकती है।

Age Limit

Reserved category candidates को age relaxation UPPSC और Uttar Pradesh Government rules के अनुसार मिलेगा। SC, ST, OBC, skilled players, UP government employees और PH candidates के लिए relaxation conditions official notification में दी गई हैं। Candidates को अपनी category और reservation benefit के लिए valid certificate तैयार रखना चाहिए।

Educational Qualification

UPPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer APO 2025 के लिए candidate के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से Law Degree / LLB होनी चाहिए। Candidate के पास यह qualification application की last date तक पूरी होनी चाहिए। जो candidates required qualification की परीक्षा में appearing थे, उन्हें eligible नहीं माना गया है। इसलिए qualification और documents की final checking official notification के अनुसार की जाएगी।

Assistant Prosecution Officer APO post को Group-B Gazetted category में रखा गया है। इस post के लिए pay scale ₹47,600/- to ₹1,51,100/-, Grade Pay ₹4800/- और Level-8 बताया गया है। Final salary, allowances, probation और service conditions appointment के समय applicable government rules के अनुसार मिलेंगी।

Selection Process

UPPSC APO 2025 में selection multiple stages के आधार पर होगा। सबसे पहले Preliminary Examination आयोजित किया गया। Prelims में successful candidates को Mains Written Examination के लिए बुलाया गया है। Mains exam के बाद qualified candidates को Interview / Personality Test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Final merit list mains written exam और interview marks को जोड़कर तैयार की जाएगी।

Preliminary Exam Pattern

Preliminary examination objective type था। Wrong answer पर 1/3 marks की negative marking का provision था। यदि candidate किसी question को blank छोड़ता है, तो उस question पर penalty नहीं लगती।

Mains Exam Pattern

Mains exam में General English और General Knowledge papers की duration 1.5 hours होगी, जबकि बाकी papers की duration 3 hours होगी। Final merit list written examination और interview में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
